A grand Dandiya Night was hosted by block women’s Club supported by PRWS (RWA) on the grounds of Block park on October 10, 2024. Residents attended the event in beautiful traditional outfits with dandiya sticks in hand. Folk dancers were arranged to participate with residents. Women’s club head Sonali Gupta Verma & PRWS team welcomed residents.
The decor of the event was as per the occasion, with colorful ribbons & bright lights. Many exhibitors also participated showcasing their talent. DJ music played bollywood dandiya songs and took requests from residents & dedicated songs to individuals creating memorable mome-nts. Surprise prizes were also given to kids & adults.
The event was celebrated with great zeal and the best part was the number of requests coming from the residents to have such events every year.
