Two groups have emerged as candidates (22 members on each side), each representing a distinct vision for the colony: (i) Team Community First and (ii) Team CitFor.
Notably, the defending team, ‘Team Community First’, has four fresh faces. They aim to maintain stability while embracing necessary transformation. They seek to balance seasoned experience with dynamic newcomers eager to introduce fresh ideas. The team is resolute in their commitment to work harder, vowing to leverage their collective insights to improve not only on the civic infrastructure front but also to create a cohesive and vibrant community.
In contrast, the opposing group, ‘Team CitFor’, embodies traditional wisdom and a wealth of experience. Their candidacy emphasizes a promise to preserve the neighborhood’s heritage, drawing on their extensive background.
