Cancer is a serious disease, but with the ideology of timely diagnosis and proper treatment, it can be defeated. Aas Ek Prayaas (NGO), in collaboration with the Indian Cancer Society, organised a free camp at the community centre, DLF2, on 8th February 2024. This camp provided a variety of free health screenings, including dental, physiotherapy, skin analysis, ENT, blood pressure, sugar level, pap smear, mammography, and chest X-rays.
More than 200 people participated in this camp, which set an inspiring example for society; as such initiatives will help increase awareness about cancer and contribute to building a healthier community. The reports of those who got their blood tests done on 9th February can be collected from Arya Samaj Mandir L Block, 10:30 am to 11am on 2nd March.
