Back in 2010, Shikha (9810519120), a Corporate HR Consultant, and Vincie, a Hotel Management Expert, were taken aback when a tank cleaner physically entered their overhead water tank to clean it. The thought of someone stepping inside the very water they would later use didn’t go well with them. They felt there had to be a better way. Determined to find a solution, they spent three years researching and by 2013, they had launched their own water tank cleaning business.
Their first job was for a friend who hadn’t cleaned his tank in seventeen years. At the time, their idea was met with skepticism. Friends found it amusing, and even their CA dismissed it as a small-time business. But they proved everyone wrong. In their very first year, their service expanded rapidly, reaching 300 to 400 houses every month—a strong and promising start.
As their business grew, they got an unexpected boost when Samvada’s Ruchica approached them with an offer to advertise in the magazine, promising to make them a household name.
They were smart to bite her offer and she helped them design their advertisement by adding their face to their names. It clicked; residents now search for the couple when they want their tanks cleaned, making them a household name.
For Shikha and Vincie, this journey has been about more than just cleaning tanks. They have spent years educating residents about the importance of regular tank cleaning.
Over the last ten years, they have been researching how to ensure that people receive the right water—from source to stomach. This led them to expand beyond tank cleaning, offering a comprehensive range of water solutions. Today, they provide Sand Filters, Carbon Filters, Water Softeners, Steel/Plastic Tanks with Lids, RO Systems, Water Ionizers, and even Water Testing Service.
Their vision is clear—clean water isn’t just about drinking; it’s about overall well-being.
