Some people throw the remnants of the vegetables and left over food items on the road or the vacant plots; where C block is concerned, perhaps for the belief they follow. The modern generation would think they have no sense of clean surroundings. The leftover food would still become stale and need to be deposited properly so that the stench coming out of it won’t bother others.
Their belief that not a morsel should be wasted but should come handy for others, is good, but they do not spread it around their house or drive, instead they choose other places which are quite away from their residence, selfish! This left over food is then fought over by the monkeys and the cows, that generates another menace as the passersby get bitten by the enraged animals. House helps of the adjacent houses take the brunt of it! Nothing good comes out of it, so the residents who are in the habit of doing this practice should change their habit to be more environment friendly rather than being a nuisance for the neighbours. Some residents leave their garbage in front of others’ houses, and some have the habit of throwing discarded pooja things around a tree. So many times it is posted that they can carry this sort of leftover to I am Gurgaon, Samadhan Hub, Khushboo Chowk, Sector 26, Gurugram, they take care of pooja things in a proper way, instead of littering them all around to be disrespected by all, but to no avail! If they decide to continue with this belief then are requested to have it inside or around their house to monitor the menace. We all live in a community, where we need to cater to our neighbours’ needs and safety too, if we learn it, there would never be a conflict and we flourish as a colony!
