This year the Chath pooja celebration was also prepared and conducted with much pomp and show in the C block Community Centre. It has become such an important celebration even in this part of North India since we have accumulated so many friends from the Poorvanchal. The celebration was to start on November 5th with Nahaye Khaye, November 6th with lohanda and Kharna, then Chhath Pooja or Sandhya Arghya on November 7th, and being concluded on November 8th with Usha Arghya or Parana Day.
SLRWA was prepared beforehand in arranging the requirements of the celebration and managed the crowd well. The Community Centre became lively with such colourful crowd. The residents and the arrangers were both happy at the end of the celebration and waited for another to come. A goal well achieved!
