We are excited to share the success of our recent “White Elephant Sales” held on October 26th and 27th, 2024, at D3/4 Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, and The Arcade, South City 1 Market, Gurgaon. Here’s a snapshot of the event:
Dates: October 26th & 27th, 2024
Time: 4pm-8pm (Vasant Kunj) & 4pm-7:30pm (Gurgaon)
Locations: D3/4 Vasant Kunj, New Delhi & The Arcade, South City 1 Market, Gurgaon
Total Funds Raised: `18,100
Visitors: A diverse crowd of 80-100 people, including local residents and working-class individuals, aged 10-75
Popular Items: Artifacts, bric-a-brac, paintings, Western partyware, woolens, men’s clothing, and ladies’ wear, including saris and Indian party wear.
The sales were marked by a vibrant community spirit and engaging interactions, all in support of sustainability. Proceeds will fund Slim Homes’ eco-friendly initiatives, focusing on enhancing solid waste management infrastructure in South City 1, Gurgaon.
