There was a feeling of joy and festivity in the air and the start of the most beautiful part of the year. Diwali Celebrations began in Sushant lok with a full bang.
Diwali Milan was celebrated by Sushant Lok Ladies Club on the 15th of October 24′ on a beautiful terrace of a hotel with melodious Sufi music sung by Chris and the band. 70 Ladies danced and sang along to the music. There were teen Patti open flash games played by each member with prizes for winners. There was a unique diya activity where each member lit their diya from the burning diya of the member ahead of them and put it up in a big Diya rangoli with the song “Mile Sur Mera tumhara” being played in the background. The feeling was so patriotic and happy and everyone enjoyed it thoroughly. There were snacks drinks and dinner and a special Diwali return gift for each member. As we are growing each day hope to see a bigger number of ladies next year for the event.
