Controversy On Speed Breakers

Reading all the opinions of all respected members, I still feel that speed breakers are needed on Ashoka Park Road, as it has become a race track for all cycles and cars that speed down the road the whole day and even at night at neck- breaking speeds. This is extremely dangerous, for all. This might even be a deterrent for phone snatchers, who snatch a phone from a pedestrian and in a few seconds, whizz off. We on the Periphery Road have to wait for quite some time and be very careful while bringing our car outside our houses, as the youngsters, who are sometimes three, on a bike, also without helmets, come out of nowhere and leave it to us to avoid a collision. Also, as you all know, if this happens, the car owner will always be held responsible.
