Saurabh Bhardwaj had commented during the Krishan Lila event held in Arya Samaj beautiful auditorium in August that he will try to hold more cultural activities in G K 1, as he had not seen the facilities in the Brij Mohan Munjal auditorium till then. For many years, the cultural hub in Delhi has been around Mandi House, which has many auditoriums.
True to his words and keeping his promise, Saurabh Bhardwaj, through the Delhi Govt. and Hindi Sahitya Academy, arranged a “Hasya Kavi Samelan” in the B.M. Munjal Audi on 15th Sept. 24.
Many eminent poets, including Sampat Saral, Neeraj Jain, and six more poets, entertained a jam-packed house for four hours. The function was presided over by the renowned Hasya Kavi and Padam Shri awardee Surinder Sharma.
Hope many such events shall be held in the future too by the Hon’ble Minister.
