The residents of K3, and some other connecting lanes have faced a huge disruption of their daily lives caused by the events being hosted at the community center. The events call for large numbers of people to come to the community center and the traffic becomes disorganized and erratic leading to issues with the residents and their vehicles. Many residents faced issues with the noises caused due to transit of heavy vehicles; many others didn’t like how the people parked their cars on the road or how the roads were congested hours prior to the events being hosted.
When the Durga Puja was hosted, it was done in a smart manner as a valet parking service with the cars being parked on the main roads like Akashneem and Dakshin Marg were arranged, but that also did not work out for long as the cars driven by the people coming in, and the cars driven by the valets going out on the small streets soon ended up with the streets being clogged and taking long durations for each car to move.
For the people visiting, as well as for the residents having to deal with the honking, noises and parking space issues became a huge nuisance.
A practical solution that works at other such high-traffic places would be to keep Central Arcade as a drop point for the events and keep a constant chain of autos or some other vehicle for a pick-and-drop service leaving the lane unclogged and still allowing the visiting individuals access to the community center.

This is a major concern during any event at K block community centre. Hope something can be done and residents can enjoy their peace and events in harmony.
