DLF Team Connects With The Residents

A meeting was organised by Rama Rani Ratheej’s office on 20th Sep’24 at DLF-1 Community Centre with the DLF team for the resolution of multiple issues like Water logging, Fogging, Street lights, Plot cleaning, Security lapses, Drains cleaning, Sewage overflow, Park upgradation, Managing school traffic, etc. Many residents of DLF-1 participated and raised their grievances/suggestions for improving the services by DLF. Such meetings have been held in the past also but difficult to comment on their effectiveness and the ‘customer’ satisfaction unless DLF issues record notes of the deliberations held and the action plan for the resolution of the raised grievances, which should be done after every such meet.
