Ex counselor Anita Gupta invited the ladies of Anand Niketan to a Karva Chauth Puja held in the C block Park opposite C56 on 13th October from 4 pm to 5:30 pm.
Like every year this year too, the ladies of the Anand Niketan decked up beautifully in outstanding attires and jewelry for Karva Chauth. They gathered together in the park opposite Mr Tandon’s house and gaily performed the pooja. Anita Gupta had made all the arrangements down to the cold drinks, water and tea for those who wanted it after the pooja.
The Photographer clicking away beautiful pics was arranged again by Anita Gupta. The ladies of the colony performed Pooja to the tune of veerakodi katha. Each lady present in the pooja was also presented a beautiful red dupatta by Anita ji like every year. The ladies simply looked stunning, it felt as if the apsaras had the descended from heaven into this park of Anand Niketan. The photographs are proof enough of how beautiful the gathering was.
