Dr Pushpa Goyal, a resident of F block, is a renowned psychologist and hypnothe-rapist with a Master’s degree in Psychology as well as Hypnosis. Her easy-going and
cheerful demeanour makes her a cherished figure in her field, as she offers both comfort and insight to her clients. Speaking of Suncity, she talks about its lush greenery and serene atmosphere, which she greatly adores. Born and brought up in Bengal, Pushpa ji spent several years in Delhi NCR before moving to Suncity, two years ago.
Her profession is dedicated to addressing mental health issues through both traditional and innovative methods. With her expertise in hypnosis, she provides a unique therapeutic approach that helps clients explore their subconscious minds. Over the years, she has helped several people confront and work through their struggles, which as she says, brings her great joy. She has also worked with several organisations, MNCs, colleges and more, where she takes sessions on stress management and mental well-being.
Outside of her professional life, Dr Goyal enjoys a variety of hobbies that reflect her balanced approach to life. She finds relaxation in simple pleasures, such as reading and travelling. Her spiritual journey began in 1995 when she came into contact with the literature of OSHO. She has also authored a book titled ‘Role of Yoga and Meditation to help youngsters in their inner growth & development.
Pushpa Ji’s advice to readers is both profound and practical: “Don’t judge anyone”. This perspective underlines her belief in the importance of empathy and living a life filled with purpose and joy.
