After nearly 200 years of the colonial rule, we Indians proudly celebrate our Independence Day. As we embark on this journey, we need to ponder whether the reins of our inner world are in our hands, and if we are free to let our minds soar!
Have you ever felt trapped in the cycle of negative thoughts and actions, and wondered how to break free? The suffocating shackles of vices manifest themselves in negative thoughts such as anger, greed, jealousy, lust, ego and attachment.
These unseen dacoits find a safe place in our minds; over a period of time, rob us of our real wealth: the real virtues of the soul and impact all our thoughts, words and actions.
When the country celebrates the 78th Independence Day, let us aim at breaking free from the shackles of negative thoughts; be free from the vices that make us vile, create havoc and discharge our soul batteries.
Real freedom can be achieved only by connecting with the Supreme Power. Regular practice of Raj Yoga creates self-awareness and also mindfulness. Positive affirmation transforms one’s mindset that is the first step towards the real freedom of our inner self.
Let’s revive our true nature of being at peace and living in a blissful state in every situation.
Let’s encourage each other and bless them from the heart to create ‘Shubh-Bhavna’ and send powerful positive vibrations of ‘Shubh-Kamna’.
One must always remember that this world is a stage where we are mere actors/ spectators. Without getting perturbed, send vibrations of mental stability and peace to all, when unfavourable situations occur.
The efficacy and range of these pure and beneficial thought vibrations are many times more powerful and speedier than that of the light and sound waves. So, take a pledge to gain that inner freedom; be happier and caring human beings! Om Shanti!
