This year, the MCCC members during its meeting on Sunday, 4th August, took a decision to provide the facility of free mehendi to its members on the occasion of “Haryali Teej” which was being celebrated on 7th Aug. The festival of Teej is to worship the immortal jodi of Lord Shiva & Goddess Parvati & to pray for the long life of husbands by the devout ladies.
SBWS accordingly arranged five mehandi artist girls on 6th Aug. & announced free mehendi for the ladies of SBWS family. There was a huge rush & the five artists were constantly busy from 2 pm to 6 pm, in the air-conditioned hall of SBWS.
