The concept of a Road Captain has been introduced so that there is better understanding of the concerns and needs of the community. These Road Captains serve as a bridge and act as the voice of the residents on their roads. They facilitate a quicker response to their problems by jointly finding practical and effective solutions in improving overall community satisfaction. Aside from working together with the RWA to address issues related to civic infrastructure, traffic, safety & security, they also help in advocating waste segregation, reducing pollution and enhancing the environment. As Road Captains, they are also responsible for convincing their neighbours to pay their dues on time so that the quality of service provided can improve substantially. Here’s the list of persons who have volunteered to assume the role and responsibilities of Road Captains.
