And contrary to the widespread belief – Yoga doesn’t take your time; it gives you time instead!
The mystique of Yoga is unfolding across the globe. Yoga is catching up the earth like never before – People of all nationalities are soaking in the salubrious glory that Yoga promises to bring forth in one’s persona.
ATS Village, like previous years, continued with its commitment to mark this day with its own inimitable style and grandeur. Yoga is being practiced here ever since the beginning. The ATS Yoga group under the able guidance of a completely committed and dedicated RP Joshi has been practicing the virtues of community Yoga over the years bringing to its fold a large number of residents united for a common cause of healthy lifestyle.
The event in the community hall was attended by over hundred residents. Mr. Joshi, whose name is synonym to Yoga in ATS, started the event with greetings to the audience followed by an hour-long yoga session in which all Sadhaks and Sadhikas performing aasanas with unmatched zeal and vigor. The ceremonial lighting of the lamp was then performed by the AoA President, P.S Arora; Secretary, R.K Sanghi; and Mr. Joshi. Mr. Arora, a regular Sadhak in morning yoga sessions, shared the wonders of yoga from his personal experience. Mr. Joshi then spoke about the niceties in doing Yoga to derive maximum benefits.The event culminated with tea and home spun lip-smacking delicacies savored by all.
