We were fortunate enough to interview Dr. Ritu Aurora, a successful doctor who runs her own clinic. Born and raised in Delhi, she pursued her education at Maulana Azad College. Her husband is also a doctor, and her family has a long history of medical professionals, with three generations of relatives and her son following in the same footsteps.
Dr. Aurora chose this profession to fulfill her father’s dream and has excelled in her field, with patients praising her excellent care. One patient even wrote a poem for her on Doctor’s Day, titled “कितना सुन्दर है ये जोड़ा” (How beautiful is this pair). She finds joy in her work, comparing it to feeding the hungry and giving vision to the blind, which she considers a miracle.
Apart from her professional accomplishments, Dr. Aurora is passionate about charity work and provides services to Sai Sansthan. She is also an adventure enthusiast, having tried skydiving, scuba diving, basketball, and cultural programs. She loves nature and hopes to learn dance someday.
Dr. Aurora’s remarkable achievements include completing a 42km marathon and trekking to the Everest Base Camp, which requires both physical and mental strength. Her message to society is to maintain a balance between personal and professional life, never give up on dreams, and fulfill them to avoid regrets later in life.
