Yoga Se Hi Hoga

Better health can only be achieved with a perfect alignment of our body and mind! Doing Yoga is a practice but practicing Yoga is a discipline! Around the world, June 21 is observed as the International Yoga Day to celebrate this practice and the benefits that it has given to our society. The celebrations were organised by the Sushant Lok Park Street Block A Ladies residents also and the tribute was given to the day with full enthusiasm. The event was planned in Park Street Park by the resident’s Yoga team and everyone came wearing the same white T-shirt (specially made) and yoga pants to symbolise unity, peace, and inner strength. Started with the yoga prayer, the members performed various yoga postures and asanas to help them align and configure their body and mind. Post the yoga session, the yoga team had organised a bunch full of healthy refreshments also to conclude the event in its finest way – Badaam sharbat, Sattu, Detox water, Moong Dal Salad, Watermelon, Chaj, and what not. Last but not the least, the plants were given to all the participants in the end with a hope to keep this feeling of healthy mind, body, and environment alive forever. Looking forward to more such enthusiasm and Block A residents will surely keep up the good work.
