1st Ensure your gate is locked at night. Give a key to all residents of the house who may come home at different timings.
2. Ensure your car windows are up and car locked at night.
3. Do not leave your house keys in the car even though you have utmost trust in your driver.
4. House keys can be easily duplicated. Please do not leave it lying around in the house.
5. Do not keep the door between the main house and the servant quarter unlocked at any time.
6. Those living alone. Please share your details with the beat constable and a trusted neighbour.
7. Have the security helpline number easily accessible to you in case of emergency.
8. Install CCTV and sensor lights to keep your house secure.
9. Defcol security has been tasked to do more aggressive Patrolling during day and night
10. They will be blowing their whistles while patrolling so please allow them
11. Please cooperate with the security when they are checking and stopping your car.
12. ENSURE YOU ARE NOT ALONE WHEN ANY PLUMBER OR ELECTRICIAN ETC NEED TO COME AND WORK AT HOME.
13. Discussions with our SHO where he has promised more active patrolling by police in the colony, particularly at night. More frequent servant and tenant verification camps with a promise to give us feedback of the verification Manning of the police post on the Nala for longer duration than presently
14. Kindly report any unruly behavior by people or any suspicious activities instantly to the Defcol helpline number.
