The three teachings of Gurunanak Dev ji “ Naam Japo, Kirat Karo , Vand Chako’ meaning – to pray, to do good deeds and to share what you consume.
Following the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, on 14 April the residents of Sunshine Helios celebrated festival of Vaisakhi with faith, devotion and prayers. The residents performed Sukhmani Sahib Path and everyone was enriched with the wisdom of Guru Nanak Dev ji’s preachings through Path and Shabad Kirtan. Residents came together to offer Kada Parshad after Ardaas.
A Guru ka langar was also organised on 14 April by the residents where all society Staff members and passer-by were offered Bread Pakoras and Meethi Lassi.
The residents of Sunshine Helios are always excited to be a part of such noble deeds. The Satsang group and senior citizen group came together to make the event a great devotional experience for all.
