Hamilton Court Residents Welfare Association Board conducted Election for the Executive Board membership. The residents came forward to fill the nomination forms.
The society conducted its election for filing the seven executive members vacancies under the supervision of Dr. Mohan Gulrajrani ( Election Returning officer). The office announced its newly elected Executive Committee Board members on 18th April,2024. The board is elected for two years .
A dynamic team with members from different faucets of life and myriad experience have joined hands to contribute their services in the community . The names of the board and designation are : Mr. Tapan Paul ( President), Ms. Saroj Sani (Cultural Secretary), Ms. Shelly khanna (Secretary ), Ms. Vasundhara Aggarwal (Treasury), Ms. Nivedita Katyal, Ms. Meera Chandra, Ms. Anupama Mehtani.
The newly formed committee of seven members were welcomed by the Estate Office on 21st April,2024. In the meeting, members planned for the events to be conducted for the complete year. An optimism approach of creating a sense of belongingness and fostering sustainable community living through several engagement programs are the guidelines laid out by the team.
