Noida Authority came under intense criticism by sector RWAs, especially those affected by the massive fire that broke out on 25 March evening. Some Sector 50 residents reported enormous clouds of smoke in the evening, which turned out to be a massive fire in commercial plot of Sector 32 of Noida where city garbage would get dumped. Huge flames were brought under control by firefighters, but the smoke from the simmering garbage carried on till 4-5 days.
