Hamilton Court, renowned for its vibrant community spirit and commitment to enhancing resident experiences, opened the doors to the Hub. Just off the lobby of Tower 3, this is where residents can immerse themselves in the joys of reading, indulge in freshly brewed cafe Coffee Day coffee, and engage in lively board game sessions.
Designed to foster a sense of camaraderie and relaxation, this multifunctional space offers an inviting atmosphere where residents can unwind and socialize.
Stop by for an after-breakfast cappuccino or a latte on the run. Choose from a variety of teas or try a soup.
Central to the ethos of the hub is the principle of communal responsibility. Residents are encouraged to take ownership of the space, embracing a culture of cleanliness and mutual respect.
The young kids are having a wonderful experience in this self-service hangout. Just take what you want and enter it in the registers kept there. Remember to leave the place neat and clean. They are enjoying the freedom and this sense of responsibility. The other day, a young person stopped and filled two cappuccinos, explaining that her parents were out and her grandparents had come to visit. She had this brainwave! A perfect hostess.
We have a suggestion bowl there. A slip of paper today said that this writer wanted to be useful to society and would like to help. Listed things he could do – Clean house. Fetch groceries. Fetch medicines. Just wants to help.
The Hub has a carefully curated book section by our Book Club, which is also self-help. Children and adults have a wide choice of books; choose, self-register in the register provided, grab a book mark, and you are good to go. When you are done, put the book in the box provided and mark the date on the register. This kind of responsible behaviour is the spirit of Hamilton. Long may it thrive!
Quite clearly, the Hub will work in many ways. Drop by sometime!
