The RWA had decided to keep one day fixed as the Annual day/ annual lunch at the RWA office complex as an annual feature. Last year the tradition started and this year too it was held at the same place.
The day started with a professional singer Sanjay who sang old songs along with the residents who were fully involved with him leaving all their reservations and even the bathroom singers sang without hesitation. Their was a lemon and spoon race for the children in which they got nice steel tiffin boxes as prizes. A game of Tambola was enjoyed by all with pin drop silence and it appeared as if some exam was going on. Ladies were seen enjoying the game with enthusiasm and In between savoured the grilled snacks , coffee and cold drinks which were served through out by waiters. A mouth watering food was served which included biryani and kulfi faluda, tandoori naan khasta rotis etc. it was light unique and satisfying. The waiters were engaged to serve all the guests and about 100 people relished the tasty food & appreciated it’s lay out and presentation.
On the whole it was a wonderful fun filled event enjoyed by the residents who kept sending appreciative messages to the RWA team on what’s app group. Here is a brief of the messages received by the managing committee from the happy residents.
