Effective CPR entails compressing the chest to a depth of 2-2.5 inches at a rate of 100-120 compressions per minute, followed by two breaths delivered mouth-to-mouth. The expert further recommended positioning the patient flat on the floor, closing their nose, and tilting the head back while administering breaths, repeating this sequence four times per minute.
