SDA RWA celebrated Republic Day with great pomp and show. The flag unfurling was done at 12.30pm after the main event at India Gate. About 50 residents attended the unfurling of the flag and many residents sang patriotic songs started by Gaurav Saxena, Naresh Mallik, Namita Sud, Anita bhardwaj, Asha Gupta, Rupali Saxena. The atmosphere was calm and fun-filled. I especially would like to mention one of our resident’s Vandana Agarwal who was dressed in tricolour, white green and orange. Then after the unfurling at the gym area there was a party of mix pakoras and hot tea with saunth and green chutney. Everyone loved having pakoras and hot tea in this winter season with light sunshine. On the whole it was a friendly Scenario with lot of gup-shup going amongst the residents who got a chance to meet each other and dress up with colour ful winter clothes. In this winter season the hot pakoras were more than welcome along with piping hot tea. Thanks to the team work of SDA RWA. Had a good time with friends at flag hoisting ceremony.
