Basant Panchami was celebrated with lot of enthusiasm in the Mandir. Devotees adorned themselves in yellow attire symbolizing vibrancy and life. The festival is dedicated to Goddess Saraswati and holds cultural and religious significance. The ladies recited Durga Stuti followed by bhajans and dance. Asha and Veena Vasudeva sang Ma Saraswati Vandana. The prasad was also yellow like yellow sweet rice, chane and Boondi Ladoo.
