Exclusive Floors celebrated the 75th Republic Day with lots of enthusiasm. People of all age groups attended the celebrations with lots of pride.
The event started with the unfurling of the Flag & National Anthem followed by an Address to the gathering by Mr Anil Goswami (Secretary)
It was followed by a cultural programme presented by Children & adults performing their inherent talent of dance, and singing patriotic songs and poems.
It started with an excellent tabla performance by Youngster Riaan Bhayana, 8 Years old, matching the beats with classical music tune, a performance on guitar by Miss Anika Goyal along with her mother Mrs Preeti Gupta,Dance by Sidhi& Gauri Poems by Sanvika,Vihaan, Bhavyam, Mr S.C Sharma, Patriotic songs sung in melodious voice by Mrs Sumathy Srinivasan,Nimisha, Mr Kamal Jyoti, Mr Madan Lal Motwani that reminded us of our cultural heritage. All participants were given Mementos for their participation.
EFOS Board on this occasion recognised the achievers of our society at the District, State, National & International Levels& presented the Memento to them i.e. namely
1. Master Kabir Girdhar reached the Quarter-final stage becoming the top 8th ranked player in the District Level Table tennis Tournament under the 12 Years category, also representing Haryana in Nationals.
2. Manish Yadav won the Gold Medal at Nationals under 19 Years Lawn Tennis, School Games Federation of India held at AP
3.Divyanshi Yadav won the Bronze Medal running 1500 metre DAV National Haryana under 19 Years
4. Manasi Gupta bagged THE Diana Award given to the most prestigious accolade aged 9-25 Years for their social action ( The award was established in memory of the Late Diana, Princessof Wales)
We want to share that mr som dutt battu resident of efos has been honoured with the fourth-highest civilian award of the republic of india, the padma shri award for his contributions to indian classical music.
The program was wonderfully anchored by a young girl Ms Paavani.
The snacks and coffee for the residents were served to beat the severe cold in the morning.
