On 22nd January at 6.30 pm, Deepotsav was celebrated by Wellington residents at the centre place of Wellington, near W3 tower. A big group of ladies, which included senior citizens, youngsters, children and gentlemen, also gathered and decorated the space with diyas. This symbolised their respect, love and happiness for Sri Ram and the mandir at Ayodhya. After Doopotsav, prasad was also distributed.
