Glow Club, the offshoot of the Sushant Lok ladies club celebrated Lohri with a lot of fun and frolic. 12th January 24′ the second Friday of the month the 65 Glow Club member ladies gathered together in our park in our fineries around a huge bonfire with popcorn, peanuts, rewri and a lot of enthusiasm for dancing singing and merry-making. To top up the fun there was garma-garam Pakoras chai and moong daal halwa to relish.
Lohri songs and dancing around the fire were the highlight of the evening.
This club is indeed becoming more active and interactive each month..ladies have now started to address each other by their names and I think is a great achievement. Cheers to Glow Club.
