Mr. Jasjit Singh, Vice President of the Managing Committee (MC), is once more leading the clarion call to all owners and residents of Panchshila Park to start contributing a quarterly fee of Rs. 3000 per active dwelling unit/kitchen. We seem to be one of the rare colonies that has not collected any such charges because of a past prevailing practice of using the club funds’ surplus to subsidize Society related expenses. This is no longer a tenable proposition, and the MC is reaching out to all, trying to improve their database of those who are expected to pay, and requesting everyone to do so.As responsible citizens and residents of an A category colony, it would be wonderful if this participation can be maximized voluntarily and strengthening the hands of the MC to take good care of security and maintenance etc.
