M block Park in GPE is in a sad state. Though recently cleaned in parts, the regular cleaning of tracks on a daily basis is absent as also the sweeping of the park. Plants get watered once in a couple of weeks, the bins are missing and the accumulated green waste is overflowing the wire mesh. Dog poop on walking tracks is another nuisance that reflects people’s civic sense and responsibility.
