Destructive criticism derails the process
Selflessly serving the community is one of the greatest services one can perform. Resident Welfare Associations and Society volunteers voluntarily perform these duties due to their deep commitment towards the neighbourhood and city as a whole. These are not paid jobs and most of the time these volunteers are dipping into their own resources/pockets happily to contribute to the society.
When our RWA members approach us to collect subscriptions they are doing so to consolidate funds that will be put to good use for the community as a whole. When they take out time and put an effort to better the facilities in the colony and the club it is with the aim to provide better service. What is needed is cooperation from the residents even if it happens to be in the form of criticism. For constructive criticism helps in development but at the same time destructive criticism derails the enitre process.
The Team at Anand Niketan Society/Club looks forward to / welcomes constructive suggestions for the betterment of these entities.They have completely changed the ambience and appearance of the Club besides continuously working on upgrading the systems and services for seamless functioning. They continue to work hard, taking out time from their respective busy schedules to make both these entities The Best in NCR. But listing baseless allegations, personal accusations and causing obstacles not only destroys the whole process but also demoralizes and demotivates those who put in selfless hard work. As one of the office bearers puts it “Despite the fact that we ( ANCHS ) have all the orders in our favour for managing the Security, they are relentlessly trying to dismantle it by asking for all gates to be open unmanned so that defaulters like them can use those gates unlawfully. They got our RWA office demolished on the pretext of being illegal, even though we were operating out of that place for the last more than two decades. As suggested by others, next time if they indulge in these baseless allegations to spread negativity, we will be forced to take them out of the Colony Whatsapp group… as we too want to work peacefully in a constructive way.” This group is very determined to frustrate all these persons in their futile negative pursuits and continue to work constructively for the betterment of The Society and The Club.
