The other day, someone abused another resident on our WhatsApp group because that ‘another’ person dumped garbage in front of the ‘abusive’ person’s or his/her nearby vacant plot. It’s wrong to dump garbage like that, but is it okay to abuse someone on a public platform? We are a community and we have to live together whether you like it or not. Yes, it irritates you if someone does wrong but control yourself. Can we do it? Yes, definitely!
1. If you are angry, count up to 10 and do some deep breathing 5/6 times. It will relax you. Even then still you want to write on WhatsApp, write whatever you like but don’t send it, let it be there for some time. When you are not angry then read it again and I am sure you will delete it.
2-Now a days, we don’t have people to talk to. You, me, everyone has issues and we feel like talking to someone. Most of our problems can be resolved by talking. So find someone close enough to talk to. I guarantee you will feel relaxed.
3-Your neighbours are the first point of contact to go to in case of emergency so better to have good relations with them. It doesn’t cost anything to say ‘ hello’ to your neighbours or people around you in your community.
4-Happiness is a choice. So why don’t you choose it? Find reasons to be happy. Life is a collection of your relationships. So quality of your life depends on the quality of your relationships! Have good relations, it pays! And finally, try these and I am sure you will feel better. Human beings can change anytime till the end of life! Wish you all a wonderful, healthy, prosperous, happy and trouble-free new year 2024!
