December is a special month as it is the last month of the calendar year and the first month of the winter in the Northern hemisphere. December is best known for Christmas and New Year’s Eve. The pretty Christmas decorations reflect the cheerful festive spirit of the Holiday season.
At the MBCC Ladies Club, we celebrated the festival by organising a program centered around Christmas. We decked the hall with wreaths, holly red berries and also put up a Christmas tree decorated with beautiful ornaments. Christmas carols were played in the background.
The ladies were dressed in an accent of red, green and gold.
The program included a quiz on Christmas which everyone participated in. And all the ladies enthusiastically sang Christmas carols like Jingle Bells, Silent Night and Rudolph the red nose reindeer etc.
The celebration ended with a delicious lunch served by our sweet, generous hostess, Urmil Jain.
