Mr and Mrs Anoop Jindal, residents of D 921 NFC, organised Tulsi Vivah, on a grand scale, on the 23 rd of November 2023. They made elaborate arrangements, and the ceremony was conducted, as per a girls wedding, according to Hindu law.
The house was decorated with flowers and coloured cloth. A caterer, was called from Haridwar for the guests. Family members were invited, they came in wedding finery. Special arrangements were made for the “pheras”.
The boys family, were the pandits, of a temple in Sukhdev vihar. They came with friends and family to the girls house. The groom was Lord Shaligram. All ceremonies were performed with a lot of love and devotion.
After the ceremony, Tulsiji was sent to her husbands house, with lots of gifts.
It was an amazing ritual to watch.
