On Vijayadashmi, Sector 15A celebrated the triumph of good over evil. Three towering effigies— Ravana Meghnath, and Kumbhkaran— stood tall in Nandankanan Park, a testament to the collaborative efforts of SDF and RWA. The excitement of young children filled the air with joy. Amidst the flickering flames, symbolic of victory, the RWA President, Sri DD Mishra, and SDF President, Anupma Bhardwaj, together ignited the Ravan effigy. SD Bagala and Deepak Malik also graced the ceremony. RWA Secretary Rajesh Khanna and Godfrey Parera lit the Meghnath effigy, while Vandana Shukla, Swati Gaur, and Kavita Kharbanda lit the Kumbhkaran effigy. Madhavi Mishra, Flat No. 54 C, skilfully guided the festivities as the perfect Master of Ceremonies. Several residents of Indian Oil flats joined in. The chaat stall was a success, and as the night unfolded, people departed for their homes infused with the infectious spirit of the celebration.
