Happy to inform that the lone plant, in Sr citizens park, known as Crotalaria retusa has got the 1st flush of peas like rattle pods & yellow flowers. Name ‘Ghunhhuniya” drives its name from these pods, which when dried, sound like “Gunguroos” because of seeds inside the pods. We hope to grow more of these plants, once the pods are ready & seeds are available. This plant has the unique quality of attracting butter flies & is used in creating butter fly parks.
