The breast cancer awareness camp was organised by the Inner Wheel Club, Noida city in collaboration with a Noida – based super speciality hospital on Friday, 27 October in the clubhouse.
Dr Kanika Agarwal (HOD, Obstetrics and Gynaecology) and Dr Prashant Sharma (Senior Consultant) gave a health talk on breast cancer. Inner Wheel Club, Noida city President Manju Sud, Secretary Jyoti Srivastava and other members were present too, for the camp.
The camp was organised to create awareness around breast cancer. Self-examination, early detection, which kind of people were at a greater risk, and myths around breast cancer were explained.
