Durga Puja was celebrated at Sunshine Helios with great joy and enthusiasm. The residents welcomed Maa Durga with folded hands and sought her blessings for the well being for their family. The festivities began with Anando Mela, a colourful cultural evening with various breathtaking performances by children and residents. Vandana, storytelling, dancing rockets, mini marvels, upsikayen, fashion show, punjabi shiners, naivedya, taal groovers, folk fusion etc. were all a part of the evening programme. Prizes were also given to the participants. Bhog prasad was distributed to the devotees daily. The famous Dhunuchi dance, Shankh Naad and Sindoor Khela were enjoyed by all. Visarjan was done on the last day of the puja. The Durga Puja organising committee left no stone unturned to make every activity spectacular. The 6th edition of Durga Puja left an everlasting impact on the hearts and minds of the residents.
