In light of the swiftly approaching Ganpati festival, Nidhi organized interactive workshops where children could learn to craft eco-friendly Ganesh idols.
Situated in DLF Phase 2, Nidhi arranges workshops where kids master the art of making eco-friendly Ganesh Ji’s, a righteous step towards sustainable religious practices. Ganpati Visarjan is a quintessential part of the festival where Ganpati idols are brought home, prayed to and later immersed in water.
These workshops offer a green solution while ensuring the kids enjoy the process, learning and playing their way through the creative sessions. One of the participants, Purva Sachdev, was so moved by the experience that she welcomed an eco-friendly Ganpati into her home for the first time.
Imagine the vibrancy, children bustling with energy, their hands shaping the clay with intent, learning all the while. They develop an understanding of the story of Ganesha along with laughter and play. It wasn’t simply about idol-making, it wove together an engaging community. It all culminated with a neighbourhood flourishing in creative, eco-friendly Ganpati celebrations.
