This beautiful bench is a result of the sustained plastic collection we at Green Park Extension Association and Kuda Abhiyan have been doing.Grateful to Why Waste Wednesdays, IPCA and donating to Bisleri Bottle4Change for making this happen. This is in exchange for completing over 500 kg of plastic collection in the last few months. We have been doing this for the last two years with different agencies but this is the first time we have had a substantial reminder of our achievements in the form of this bench. We thank DC MCD South Zone Dr. Angel Bhati Chauhan for her full support. A special mention for Dr Ruby Makhija of Why waste Wednesdays, Aditi Chopra of Kuda Abhiyaan, Neha Puri – President GPEA, Shilpa Chandra – General Secretary GPEA, Kiren Babal, Radhika Ahuja and all our residents for helping us in our endeavor. We have till date donated close to 2 tons of plastic waste. Here’s to achieving more of these milestones in the future.
