Club organised the auspicious occasion of Lord Krishna’s birth with melodious bhajans, kids’ performances, dances on Radha Krishna and the tiny tots came dressed up as Radha and Krishna.
The Vindhyachal hall was decorated with flowers, Lord Krishna’s cut outs and a Jhoola. The jhoola was beautifully decorated with flowers and a small idol of goddess Krishna kept in the middle of the jhoola.
As soon as the event started the hall seemed to be getting filled by parents and their children for performances.
A professional singing group was also called for singing bhajans for the evening and they tried their best to make the atmosphere religious and exciting. All bhaktjans were enjoying bhajans as well as little kanhas and Radha roaming in the hall waiting for their turn so that they could perform. Parents in large numbers were waiting to see their kids performing and were thrilled to see their skills and the enthusiasm they showed while performing.
Children of all age groups performed and ten children of clubs activity centre Tripto tales also gave a remarkable performance depicting Krishna’s life and his childhood Leela’s . Some parents were also seen carrying their tiny tots in arms and they were dressed up as kanhas. All kids were given gifts and they were so happy that they couldn’t wait to open the gift hampers.
Club’s MC including Prez Khosla also came to seek blessings of lord Krishna and together did arti and a maava cake was also cut to represent Krishna’s birth.
Thereafter prasad boxes were offered to bhaktjans along with charanamrit, makhan mihri dhania prasad and bananas.
