We all know what issues we face by uncivilized and anti-social elements when we women go for cycling rides. 7X Cycling Group, Noida cycling organised session on self-defense by Pooja- a renowned CISF commando trainer at Vedvan park. 6-7 easy techniques were learnt by all of us along with Prashant and Pooja to empower women cyclists. The park was full of garbage and litter so post event we also picked up the garbage. Our message is let’s not make Vedvan a kachra park in coming days. Please dispose garbage in dustbins.
