Patchwork repair of the road around small round about (Golchakkar) at entry of sector 75 from sector 50 metro station side has begun. The potholes and the other damaged and problem areas are being fixed. The work was a dire necessity after the rains washed away the surface and the road had caved in at some places. Whether the repairs are good enough to last or the old potholes will reappear, remains to be seen. Also, only half of the road has been repaired and the rest needs to be constructed. Let us hope the work will be completed soon.
