To celebrate this day with great zeal, a chaat party was arranged and a group of ladies in their best attire gathered at 12.30. First of all, the host tied lovely friendship bands on everybody’s wrist, wishing their friendship a long life. They hugged each other and hoped for their ever-lasting friendship. They sang ‘ye dosti hum nahi chodenge, todenge dam magar Tera Saath na chodenge’. Some very interesting games were arranged which ladies enjoyed while sipping cold drinks and munching snacks. The ladies’ party was incomplete without a Tambola, so that was also played. Post that, they rushed to the dining table where Friendship Cake was waiting for them. After cutting and distributing the cake, they enjoyed Paani poori, papri chat, Dahi Bhalla, Noodles and many other mouth-watering dishes. As a token of sweet memories, a packed cake was given to everybody.
