RWA of B-XI celebrated Independence Day in a unique manner by offering a “Dhanyavad” lunch, extending gratitude to the essential support staff – guards, gardeners, dhobis, cleaners, maids, drivers, and others. This event acknowledged their contribution to the community and fostered a sense of harmony. The festive ambience was elevated by the captivating live music of patriotic and contemporary songs performed by the evergreen Satish Sharma of the Blue Dolphin band.
The event was attended by and appreciated by Naresh Yadav, MLA, and Jagmohan Mehlawat, Councillor, along with the Chairman and General Secy of the Federation of Vasant Kunj RWAs, Rajesh Pawar and Ameena Talwar. This one-of-its-kind event, is in its second year. The support staff expressed their joy at receiving this acknowledgement of their role in maintaining the community’s well-being and the spirit of togetherness within the larger residential area of Vasant Kunj.
