Chhaya Chandra (Kalypso Court — Tower 1) made her place amongst the national level finalists at a beauty pageant. From the entire country, a total of 50 women were selected as finalists.
Chhaya decided to participate, despite her hectic schedule, to experience the powerful & vibrant Pageant Galore. She marched ahead with confidence in her heart and poise in her style. She believed in herself & also had the support of her daughter, mother, sisters & a few friends.
The beauty pageant event was for five days at Hotel Taj Amer in Jaipur. Chhaya & all the participants had packed schedules with industry professionals – catwalks with Bollywood choreographer Shie Lobo, makeup with Ojas Rajani, photoshoots, sessions on diet, self-care, image makeover & skin care.
Chhaya says, “We got only two – three hours sleep every night, but the days were energetic & happening.”
The event brought forward Indian culture along with women’s brilliance & grace. The participants had to accomplish tasks like garment styling, creating a party look, creating breast cancer awareness, product promotions etc.
Chhaya says, “Overall, it was an amazing experience. While we were challenged, we were also taken care of royally. It pushed our limits to come out of our comfort zones. I learnt so much! Above all, the event taught me to be the best version of myself.”
While many women aspire to participate in beauty pageants, Chhaya had the confidence to take the step. she also rocked it by reaching the finals. Team Samvada congratulates Chhaya!
